Shipping Charges and Information:

Lead time is as specified on the product page. If you require special or expedited shipping please contact us ahead of time at [email protected] and we will do our best to help out. There are times, such as manufacturer back orders, that the specified ship times are extended. We apologize in advance for these cases.
All orders over $150 ship free! Orders under $150 are subject to a $15.75 shipped and handling fee.
We ship to the 48 contiguous states at the above rates, but will gladly quote shipping to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii.
We cannot offer free delivery for unconventional delivery situations (including but not limited to: extremely rural areas, areas requiring the carrier to take a boat to delivery your order). Please contact our customer service to see if your delivery address is included. We will contact you as we process your order to collect additional freight charges if your delivery address falls into this category.
In cases where you order more than one item, we wait until your entire order comes in to ship it. If you need us to split the shipment, please advise us and we will do so, however there may be a surcharge based on the shipment value.

Return / Exchange Policy:

Here at Lux Home we are committed to giving you, our valued customer, rock bottom prices. We do this by living by the “Measure twice, cut once” motto and adhering to the following policies
  • There is a minimum 30% restocking fee for any item that is returned or exchanged for any other reason than the item being damaged in transit or having a defect. Once an item ships it will subject to the restocking fee rules.
  • Orders changed or cancelled after 24 hours of being placed may be subject to a minimum 10% processing fee.
  • Any special or custom order merchandise cannot be returned. Please note that vanity tops, medicine cabinets and miscellaneous parts,cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us before placing your order to see if you have anything on your order that cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sink accessories (such as grids, drains, cutting boards, compost bins, etc) cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than shipment damage or if we incorrectly fulfilled your order.
  • All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the items.
  • If your order is being delivered via LTL truck, please be there for the delivery appointment and inspect the delivery immediately! If there is any noticable damage to the shipment please refuse delivery. Please fully inspect your delivery within 24 hours and if there are issues please let us know. We will not accept any damage claims after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for all return freight on merchandise returned.
  • All return shipments must be traceable and insured. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The customer will handle any damages and claims for damages found during return shipping. Lux Home cannot issue a credit for such damaged merchandise.
  • Lux Home is not responsible if the item on order does not meet your local plumbing code or does not meet your required specification. Please double check before ordering.
  • All freight is to be paid by client and any freight on the original order will not be refunded.
  • ALL RESTOCKING FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.
