Thank you for considering Luxury Home Online for your purchase. We are sure you have seen, and we hope enjoyed, our discounted pricing. We believe that everyone should be able to afford luxury for their home and are glad to be able to make that happen. In order to keep our rock bottom prices there are some terms and conditions we would like you to be aware of before ordering:

A note about product lead time: Most of the product on LuxHome.co are made/assembled/plated to order. Therefore, most product does not ship within a day or so of placing the order, unless we happen to have it in stock. The lead times are posted on each product page, so please take note before ordering. For expedited services or to check if we have stock, please feel free to contact us.

Here at Luxury Home Online, we believe that everyone deserves luxury for less. If you see a price on a product on our site that seems high, please reach out via email or phone and we will see if we can offer a further discount. Many of our valued manufacturers only allow us to publish certain discounts to the public, so please contact us for our best pricing!

We love working with builders and designers to complete a full home! Send us your entire listing and we would be glad to offer our quote at near-wholesale pricing! You will be glad you did, and we will be happy to work with you!

We have access to hundred of brands, not all listed on our site. If you don’t see something, ask!

Product and Price Accuracy:

  • Lux Home takes every measure to ensure that the products, their descriptions and prices are accurate at all times. There may be errors from time to time on the products, their descriptions or prices and Lux Home is not responsible for errors or misrepresentations that may appear on the site.
  • Although we try our best to keep all model numbers, images and descriptions up to date and accurate there are times when errors occur. We order product based on MODEL NUMBER, so if you see a discrepancy please ask so we may clarify.
  • Please note that the color of any picture on www.luxhome.co will appear slightly different based upon the display settings and resolution settings of the computer being used.

Sales Tax & Payment Options:

  • We only collect sales tax on orders that are shipped within the state of New Jersey. For orders on LuxHome.co shipped within New Jersey, 6.875% sales tax will be added to your order at checkout
  • You can use Mastercard, Visa, American Express and PayPal to pay for your order on LuxHome.co. We use PayPal to process payments, so after you confirm your order on our site you will be transferred to PayPal for payment.

Shipping Charges and Information:

Lead time is as specified on the product page. If you require special or expedited shipping please contact us ahead of time at [email protected] and we will do our best to help out. There are times, such as manufacturer back orders, that the specified ship times are extended. We apologize in advance for these cases.
All orders over $150 ship free! Orders under $150 are subject to a $15.75 shipped and handling fee.
We ship to the 48 contiguous states at the above rates, but will gladly quote shipping to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii.
We cannot offer free delivery for unconventional delivery situations (including but not limited to: extremely rural areas, areas requiring the carrier to take a boat to delivery your order). Please contact our customer service to see if your delivery address is included. We will contact you as we process your order to collect additional freight charges if your delivery address falls into this category.
In cases where you order more than one item, we wait until your entire order comes in to ship it. If you need us to split the shipment, please advise us and we will do so, however there may be a surcharge based on the shipment value.

Return / Exchange Policy:

Here at Lux Home we are committed to giving you, our valued customer, rock bottom prices. We do this by living by the “Measure twice, cut once” motto and adhering to the following policies
  • There is a minimum 30% restocking fee for any item that is returned or exchanged for any other reason than the item being damaged in transit or having a defect. Please see our “Shipment Damages” section below. Once an item ships it will subject to the restocking fee rules.
  • Orders changed or cancelled after 24 hours of being placed may be subject to a minimum 10% processing fee.
  • Any special or custom order merchandise cannot be returned. Please note that vanity tops, medicine cabinets and miscellaneous parts,cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us before placing your order to see if you have anything on your order that cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sink accessories (such as grids, drains, cutting boards, compost bins, etc) cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than shipment damage or if we incorrectly fulfilled your order.
  • All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the items.
  • The customer is responsible for all return freight on merchandise returned.
  • All return shipments must be traceable and insured. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The customer will handle any damages and claims for damages found during return shipping. Lux Home cannot issue a credit for such damaged merchandise.
  • Lux Home is not responsible if the item on order does not meet your local plumbing code or does not meet your required specification. Please double check before ordering.
  • All freight is to be paid by client and any freight on the original order will not be refunded.
  • ALL RESTOCKING FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

Shipment Damages Policy:

Lux Home does everything it can to ensure that your items arrive to you safely. Unfortunately there are times when merchandise is damaged in-transit. If you have received defective merchandise please follow these instructions:

  • All items received should be examined for defects upon receipt. Items arriving by truck should also be examined upon receipt and refused if item is damaged or if there is visible damage to the outer boxes.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of defective merchandise as we cannot honor any claims that are placed after 48 hours of receipt.
  • Please keep all packaging materials, as you may need to repack the items for the return shipping. Returns that do not come in their original packaging materials may not be honored.
  • When a damage occurs, we will generally attempt to provide a replacement item, When such an option does not exist you will be notified and alternative arrangements will be made.
  • All warranties are supplied by the manufacturer. Lux Home does not offer any further warranty, but if a product is found to be defective, we will gladly help you get a replacement or repair parts based off of the warranty provided by the manufacturer. In some cases, this can be a lengthy process. Note that even if the product is covered under warranty there may be freight charges associated with replacement transactions.
  • Lux Home will not be held responsible for any plumbing/installation costs or any other cost except for the actual cost of the product/part and in some cases the shipping costs.
  • Unless authorized in writing to do so, refusing shipment will still incur the standard restocking fees.
  • Failure to follow these procedures will exclude your ability to return/exchange damaged merchandise.
